Hi, I´ve created this page to help you get through the corona virus quarantine. Johan and I have made some very short videos for you, with small tips on how to control your breathing to take your nervous system from stressed out flight and fight to rest and digest with a very simple 5-5-5 exercise.

Hi, we have created this page to help you get through the corona virus quarantine. Johan and I have made some very short videos for you, with small tips on how to control help you take your nervous system from stressed out flight and fight to rest and digest with a few very simple exercises. There are some breathing exercises, some physical exercises to be done seated, postural and we will be adding some mind/emotional exercises to the mix. All very easy, simple things that can be done at any time throughout the day and repeated as often as you remember them. Have a go and let us know your thoughts.
